Crisalli, Jr.
Tony is an entrepreneurial executive with a
proven track record of building and managing high growth businesses.
Mr. Crisalli brings over 20 years experience in sales, sales management,
marketing, new product development and introduction, and financial
and strategic planning.
As a principal of Crisat Investment Co., Tony led private
equity sponsorships and provided management consulting for early-stage
companies and delivered comprehensive advisory services to middle-market
corporations and financial institutions for matters related to financial
risk management. Tony has held senior executive positions at large
corporations, domestically and internationally, and at early-stage
and emerging companies. He was formerly Senior Vice-President, Head
of Corporate Banking at National City Corporation, Senior Managing
Director of Derivative Products and New Product Development at The
Toronto Dominion Bank and Chief Executive Officer at BizNum.
Tony holds an MBA in Finance from Babson College, a
Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fairfield University,
as well as executive training from the Yale School of Management.
Tony has served on the Boards of the following early-stage companies:
BizNum, Manager Link, Big Shot Performance and USGC.
William B. Haggerty
Bill is an experienced senior executive with
over 25 years of investment banking experience. He is the co-founder
of two companies and has been responsible for managing several high-growth
businesses within a Fortune 500 corporation. During his 25 years
as an investment banker, Mr. Haggerty was actively involved in numerous
M & A transactions and private placements with aggregate transaction
values in excess of two billion dollars.
Mr. Haggerty was Senior Managing Director and Co-Head
of Investment Banking with NatCity Investments, Inc., the investment
banking subsidiary of National City Corporation. Bill managed the
corporate finance group and oversaw the growth and development of
the derivatives group for over six years. Prior to joining NatCity
he was Senior Managing Director with the investment bank, Raffensburger
Hughes, Inc. (sold to NatCity) and was a founder and partner with
Reserve Capital Group, a Cleveland-based investment bank (sold to
Raffensburger). He also spent 10 years as an investment banker with
Prescott Ball & Turben, Inc., where his last position was head
of the corporate finance group.
Bill holds an M.B.A. from The Darden School, University
of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston College.
He is a Director of Vermont Country Foods, former member of the
Board of Trustees for Beaumont School, former Director of The Pratt
& Whitney Machine Tool Company and past President of the Bankers
Association of Corporate Finance.
Justin T. Rogers III
Justin is an entrepreneurial executive with
demonstrated skills for creating growth opportunities and developing
new markets through collaborative and strategic leadership. He has
over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales channel management,
product development and introduction, strategic planning, business
development, crisis management, and turnarounds. He has held senior
management positions domestically and internationally in the hi-tech,
consumer durables, packaged goods, finance, and professional services
industries.
Most recently, Justin was COO of an enterprise software
start-up with responsibilities for sales, marketing, and business
development. He has also led other early-stage firms focused on
plastics, laser technology, and manufacturing. Earlier in his career
he was responsible for domestic and international business development
initiatives within the $2 billion marine division of Brunswick Corporation.
After graduate school Justin spent several years as a business manager
for a crisis management and turnaround firm where he held various
long-term leadership roles with a variety of businesses ranging
from nearly $15M to $1B in Sales.
Prior to his graduate studies Justin was with Ernst
& Young, where he managed or served as a team member on projects
in the IT planning, strategy and research areas of the business
consulting practice. He began his career with Salomon Brothers working
on both the transaction side and within the firm’s internal
consulting group, reporting to the Office of the Chairman. Justin
holds a M.M.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern
University, and a B.A. from St. Lawrence University.
